Your role

As a Customer Success Manager, you are the strategic partner for a dedicated portfolio of business clients. You help them get the most out of our software solutions, guide them through the adoption of our tools, and proactively advise them on optimizations. You make sure our customers achieve their goals and experience long-term success with our Cocon Fiber Platform.
