Tester
Are you looking for a new job as a tester? To expand our team, we are looking for a new colleague with testing experience. Of course, your (future) colleagues will teach you everything about Cocon, our fibre-optic registration software. You will also be given the opportunity to attend training courses and obtain nice certificates. Think for example of TMAP or ISTQB.
Your role
Testing! Our developers work continuously to improve and optimise our applications. They are professionals with years of experience, but of course they can sometimes overlook something. This needs to be tested! So we are looking for someone with an eye for detail who will thoroughly test our applications before they are rolled out to our customers. Nice to know! You will have your own clients in your portfolio. You will be involved in client projects from A-Z. From kick-off to completion. You determine the test strategy. You also carry out and evaluate the tests. And of course, you then document and report the test results yourself.
Besides the end-to-end testing of our applications, you are involved in making test plans, developing new (automated) tests and contributing to the progress of your SCRUM team’s Sprint. We are currently in the middle of the transition from functional to automated testing. We are therefore looking for someone who can contribute to setting up automated testing. You will also support colleagues in the development of our Speer applications by making the testing process as transparent as possible (in advance) in Jira. It is nice if you have experience with testing web services/web applications with, for example, Postman and Selenium.
This is what you will bring
Good communication skills
Good command of the Dutch language both verbally and in writing
Accurate and analytically strong
Preferably experience in testing desktop applications and setting up automated tests
In addition, it is an advantage if you have experience with Jira, C#/.NET and working within a SCRUM/agile environment
