Your role

As a Business Consultant, you work independently on improvement projects for our customers. You analyse existing IT structures and processes and optimise (IT) processes for our customers. With your experience, you are a mentor for our junior colleagues and share your knowledge.

Here’s what you need to have:

• HBO working and thinking level
• Experience in optimising (IT) processes.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge about or having worked in fibre optics/fibre to the home (FTTH/FTTO). 
• Excellent knowledge of the Dutch and English languages.
• Dutch driver’s license (B rating).
• No problems with traveling to and working at customer locations.
